Build with AI: MCP Toolkit and Agent Skills

WDK now ships first-class support for AI-assisted development. The new Build with AI guide covers MCP server setup, Markdown context endpoints, and project rules for Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline, and Continue. Alongside it, the MCP Toolkit (@tetherto/wdk-mcp-toolkit v1.0.0-beta.1) exposes 35 built-in tools across wallet, pricing, indexer, swap, bridge, lending, and fiat categories. All write operations require explicit human confirmation via MCP elicitations. Fully open source.

We also published documentation for Agent Skills - a structured skill file that teaches any AI agent to perform full wallet operations using WDK. Works with any agent that accepts file-based instructions: OpenClaw, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, and beyond. Plus a step-by-step OpenClaw Integration guide to install the WDK skill from ClawHub with a single command.

• x402 Payments - New guide for accepting and making instant USDt payments over HTTP using WDK self-custodial wallets. Covers the x402 protocol, buyer integration with @tetherto/wdk-wallet-evm, seller setup with hosted and self-hosted facilitators, and bridging USDt to Plasma and Stable chains.

Hackathon Galactica is live!

Tether's first-ever hackathon focused on agentic payments is live. Build AI agents that hold wallets, move money, and settle value onchain - fully self-custodial. The hackathon runs from February 25 through March 22, with over 30,000 USDt in prizes.

Four tracks are open: Agent Wallets (WDK / OpenClaw), Lending Bot, Autonomous DeFi Agent, and Tipping Bot. Best Overall Project takes 6,000 / 3,000 / 1,000 USDt, with 3,000 / 2,000 USDt per track.
